Engr. Norman D. Brigoli is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BRIGZ SCRAP TRADING, a Cebu-based industrial & pallet scrap trading specializing in reusable pallets and industrial materials. He brings years of professional experience as an Electronics Engineer in various multinational manufacturing company, where he developed strong technical, operational, and leadership foundations.

His corporate background and exposure to multiple business platforms enabled him to successfully transition into entrepreneurship. In 2018, he entered the pallet and scrap trading industry, serving corporate and industrial clients. Despite operational disruptions during the pandemic, his strategic vision and resilience led to the re-establishment and expansion of BRIGZ SCRAP TRADING.

Under his leadership, the company continues to grow through innovation, digital transformation, and ethical business practices. He actively champions environmental sustainability, circular economy initiatives, and community empowerment by creating livelihood opportunities through responsible entrepreneurship and affiliate partnership programs.

Jahnamie A. Brigoli is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of BRIGZ SCRAP TRADING, bringing over 16 years of professional experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. She began her career as an intern and steadily progressed through various operational and customer-facing roles, gaining hands-on expertise in logistics coordination, client relations, and problem resolution.

Her experience later expanded into marketing leadership, where she served as Junior Marketing Manager, building strong relationships within Cebu’s logistics and industrial business network. These connections and operational insights have been instrumental in strengthening BRIGZ SCRAP TRADING’s client partnerships and service reliability.

As COO, she oversees daily operations, workflow optimization, and quality control, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. Her leadership plays a vital role in the company’s fast-paced growth, operational stability, and commitment to delivering dependable, high-quality industrial recycling solutions.
